Analysis of Load Matching and Grid Interaction of a Zero Energy Building

Zero energy buildings apply efficiency measures and renewable systems to maintain a zero consumption balance over specific time. Renewable installed in produce cover their demand, the surplus can be transmitted grid. Conversely, building receive power from grid when is greater than production. However, fluctuation of received transfer process results lower stability. Therefore, for buildings, it necessary evaluate load matching rate transmission between case zero-energy certification Korea, impossible because only considers building's annual production volume. This study investigated building-certified terms interaction evaluation indicators. Based on results, Load Cover Factors (LCF) analyzed at intervals 10 minutes, 1 day, one month were 0.421, 0.929, 0.996, and, correspondingly, Supply (SCF) 0.228, 0.544, 0.536 under same analysis conditions. In addition, variabilities amount confirmed 0.203, 0.286, 0.305, respectively.
